NOTE: Because our products are customized print. We only offer a return/refund for items flawed materially. If your order is defective, all you need to do is provide us clear photos showing product’s problems with your order number, please send the required documents above via email email.com. If you’re not in love with your order, we would like make it as simple as possible. See below for more information on our return and refund policy.

1. WHEN YOU CAN’T RETURN YOUR ITEMS OR CANCEL YOUR ORDERS?

+ You have chosen wrong size, color or type of items.
+ You can’t cancel your order if it was placed 24 hours ago.
+ The image quality in item is considered good.

NOTE: Our company is a Print-on-Demand company. The whole process as following:
+ Step 1: Customer places order.
+ Step 2: Process order (03 – 07 business days) depends on your order (please read description product)  and more depends on holiday seasons.
+ Step 3: Package goods and delivery for customer by UPS, USPS, DHL, Yun Express… in about (10 – 21 business days).

If your order has been over 24 hours, you cannot make any modifications or cancellations. Because normally in this case, the orders have been in production and no longer can be modified or cancelled.

2. THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

2.1) RETURN

Please make sure that you choose the right size and give us is the correct address. A sizing chart has been provided to be used as reference to assist you in making the best choice.

We’re happy to offer you a return/refund if:

+ You receive an incorrect product.
+ Your order contains damaged product(s).
+ Your order has a printing mistake.
+ An item(s) is missing from your order.

We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items in new condition with price tickets within 14 days of their delivery date.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards Downloadable software products Some health and personal care items.

How to start a return?

 Send us an email via email email.com . The email subject is “Request an exchange or a refund”, provide us clear photos showing product’s problems with your order number.

Once we receive your request, we’ll be in touch, after you’ll need to ship your item(s) to the return address provided. That’s it! Once we receive your returned package, we’ll take care of the rest and process your refund as soon as possible.

2.2) REFUNDS (If applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within next from 03 to 10 business days.

2.3) EXCHANGES (If applicable):

Because our products are custom printed and unique to each product. We only printed product when customer placed the order. We don’t accept exchange an items if customers have chosen a wrong size, wrong color or wrong type product.
